Product ID: Preformed Grip

Grip

The product are for use as terminating fittings with guy or messenger wires. Strand grip is a bumble of several preformed helical special galvanized wires glued together by a glue agent, the spiral inside of which is veneered with aluminum oxide grip as a friction increasing agent and hence, to increase its capability of holding to the steel strand enveloped in the middle. Application of the Strand grips to the guy or messenger wire may be effected with the use of a simple pulling device and no other tools are required. All grips have been designed to withstand the ultimate strength stands. As grips are constructed from the same basis material as the strand for which they are designed, there is no risk of any corrosive action between the grip and the strand.

Features:

	The grips are made of special steel wires and have the capacity of mechanical strength over than that of the steel strand.
	The working can be easily completed without any special tools or difference due to personal factors.
	The accessory of the grips is fewer and working is easier than wire crip or clamp, hence the working time will also be shorted by 3/4 of the original needed.

2. Galvanizing of strand grip is in accordance with ASTM class "A" or "C" or "B" zinc coating. Please specify which coating is required when ordering.

3. These grip are of cabled loop design and made of galvanized steel.

4. These grip have been approved by Telecom Malaysia, and listed in their specification.
