AFL TELECOMMUNICATIONS CLEAVER |
|
The Fitel S323A precision cleaver solves the
dilemma of stray fibers with a unique
disposal system incorporated into
the design. A disposal chamber built into
the cleaver automatically collects cleaved
ends, eliminating manual disposal
and possible injury due to stray fibers. The
chamber is also easily removable for
dispensing into a trash can. The
automatic cleave function provides constant
cleaving pressure and improves cleave
quality.
The CT20 fiber cleaver from AFL
Telecommunications is capable of cleaving a
single fiber as well as ribbon fiber up
to 24 fibers. The lightweight feature of the
cleaver combined with its easy, one step,
and ergonomic operation make
the CT20 suitable for both field and factory
splicing conditions. An optional fiber
collection unit safely handles and
stores cleave scraps and is sold separatel
